People are so used to eating junk and fast food that they actually do not think about the nutritional value of the things they stuff into their body. 8) Lastly, Do not consume alcohol, drugs, or anything else that is proven to be bad for your health. If you wish to gain that inch, you have to do everything you can to assist your body. This means giving up the stuff that is not helpful to gaining height.
