It has been proven that people who lead sedentary lives are more prone to health problems, especially cardiovascular related concerns. The extra weight your body collects makes your heart's job more difficult.
It Starts With One Step
That's right start a walking program. Walking is a good way to ease yourself into exercising. While taking each stride muscles you have not worked out in years are used. Start at your own pace for whatever amount of time you designate or have available.
Baby Steps Are The Key
Start by taking the stairs or walk for 10 minutes a day. Stay consistent, consistency is the only way you will see real results. Before long you will notice that your stamina will increase and you will find yourself out of breath less and less.
Fast Food Is Destroying Your Body
Cut out the fast food at lunch. I know, I know we are all busy but that is no excuse for punishing your body. Fast food destroys the inside of your body as well as making the outside less than desirable.
Start eating soup for lunch. Broth based soups are the way to go. Don't cheat and eat cream based soups. Cream based soups will not help you. They too will make you fat.
Eat More Vegetables
Make it a point to eat vegetables daily. Many vegetables are natural diuretics. You do not need diet pills. You need to start eating negative calorie foods.
You don't need to go on a diet. Diets don't work for long term success. They just give easy, quick answers. You need a lifestyle change and that goes for your diet as well as exercise.
Don't Rely On Magical Creams
Relying on the easy way is what got you into this mess in the first place. Easy answers are never long term solutions.
Begin a thigh slimming workout. It does not have to be exhaustive at first. The main goal is to get the heart pumping and start toning those thigh and butt muscles. Combined with walking or another form of cardio you will be melting fat and toning muscle.
If you follow my advice, and avoid fast food and laziness, you will achieve a toned, sexy body. Just remember the results do not come in one week but never let that stop you. Many others have done it and so can you.
