In society there is always going to be a division of different classes off people--the wealthy from the middle class, and the middle class from the lower class, and believe it or not the division between those that are at a healthy body weight and those that are morbidly obese grows as each day passes.
You see it in your own backyard, and you even see it in the main stream media. Many of the actors and actresses that we have come to enjoy are starting to pack on the pounds.
This is a trend that needs to start working in the other direction.
Currently, there are books out there that claim that the health and wellness industry is more than capable of becoming a trillion-dollar industry, but unfortunately there is one giant hurdle that they need to overcome.
That hurdle is not something that they will have a very difficult time trying to clear, and that hurdle is the grey-matter between your ears.
At the end of the day what it all boils down to is your own mental capacity and they way in which you view the world around yourself.
You want to know the reason why the 'in-shape' individual is in good physical condition and the obese person is not?
That is because they are mentally tougher the over weight individual. They believe that everything that they are doing will help get them into the best possible physical condition that they could be in. They do not let a minor setback slow them down, and they do not get discouraged if their results do not happen in the time they were alotting. They just keep their head down, keep working, and keep pushing forward.
This is the mental hurdle that holds you back and why the health and wellness industry has the potential for making trillions.
They are playing the odds that you will fail mentally, and that you will give up working towards your goals, so they develop the next best thing in order to help make it easier for you.
You have heard this line before, but you hold the key to your own future. No one else can decide it for you. The one thing to remember here is that you have to get your head behind whatever you are doing. It is amazing what the power of belief can do to a workout or a plan for eating to lose weight.
Believing in yourself alone will not get you all of the way there, but that in accordance with a rock solid diet and workout will undoubtedly get you to where you want to be.
