Instead of hamburgers, chips and sweet cakes, eat a slice of watermelon or pineapple.

Drink as much water as you can - The human body needs a lot of water in order to work efficiently. In this light, ensure that you take at least six glasses of water daily. Take a glass of water when you wake up, before you eat and after every meal.

Change your attitude - Negative attitude is your greatest enemy. You have to accept the current state of your body. Love your body (if you don't love yourself, why should others love you?) and trust in yourself. Take delight in the smallest results and remain persistent.

Start to exercise - Exercises are vital if you want to lose weight. You can choose from no end of workouts: walking, running, cycling, swimming, aerobics, ball games (football, basketball, volleyball), etc.
